Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The returned merchandise must be brand new, free from wear, marks, stains, odour or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. When returning shoes, they must not be creased, the soles must not be scuffed or have visible signs of wear and must be returned with the original shoe box.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


    Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • If your return is approved for a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

    Shipping Method

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over AUD $75.

    • Please note: we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

    Delivery Times

    • The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location.


    Refunds 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds 
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items

For all Sale Merchandise, we offer the opportunity for you to obtain an exchange or credit note. 


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange, send us an email to enquiries@josephssydney.com or return in person your item to: 249 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.  Approved exchanges will incur additional delivery fees, which must be paid by you in advance of dispatch of the new item.
